Lillian St Bread is a small bakery that was created to help grow and develop our close-knit neighborhood of East Nashville. We’re here to provide our community with quality bread they can enjoy with family and friends.
Our breads are long fermented using traditional methods and only a few, high quality ingredients—flour, water and sea salt. We do not wish to reinvent the wheel of age-old bread baking and use intuition, enthusiasm and integrity to continue the passion in our trade. Our hope is that each loaf is a personal gift.
Lillian St Bread is intentionally small and typically our breads will only be available in East Nashville. However, you can occasionally find us at various farmers markets, shops or pop-ups around the city.
